We use only the finest local ingredients in our recipes. We source them from local producers such as Antica Masseria Picerno, Caseificio Derosa and the wineries Agresti, Fiore, Colli dell'Alta Murgia and Botromagno. These are all businesses from our Murgian area and beyond that guarantee genuine, high-quality products.
